Sound Bath with Christina

Our monthly soundbath facilitated with Christina, where she sets intentions for the session using sage, cedar, sweet grass, and lavendar to connect with nature and plant medicine. Being able to feel the vibration of the crystal bowls into your body is a different experience all on its own. Great for first timers and those who need to release the tensionand bring on new energy for the up coming week.
