The Red Door salon and spa is a blended commission/ booth rental salon and spa. Our mission is to provide a creative and positive culture, where you’re able to work a schedule that fits in to your lifestyle; while earning the income you’re proud of.
We believe you work to live, but shouldn’t live to work. That is why none of our team members work more than 4 days per week and we offer flexible scheduling.
Booth renters pay rent weekly based on their scheduled days. All booth renters will be contracted for a minimum of 3 days. Commission team members work part time no more than 4 days per week.
While our space is gorgeous and unique, our team is the crown jewel piece of The Red Door Hsv salon. Our stylists/artists/intuitives are driven, inspired, caring and take their career seriously.
We are careful with who we bring into the salon/spa. Those who are unmotivated, negative, or don’t care to connect with the rest of the group will not be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind in knowing that if you choose to work with us as a booth rental stylist, commission stylist or commission spa intuitive; you will love the stylists/artists/intuitives to your left and your right.

All of our stylists/intuitives choose to embrace our 5 star service standards which ensures our guest experience is second to none for all guests who come to the salon.
We proudly provide towels, drapes, robes, backbar, retail for sale, station, full espresso bar, stocked snacks and a selection of tint brushes, bowls, wisks, mech sheets, and K18 for your use.
We also have a gorgeous social media page to help promote your business, offer optional marketing campaigns and you’ll love welcoming your guests to our unique cozy salon space.
