Salon & Spa Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% for requested appointment. You will owe the fee before your next booked appointment. If cancelled 24 hours or less, you will be charged a half hourly rate for the amount of time you requested. You will also owe the fee before your next booking.

If you paid a retainer or deposit and decide to cancel the appointment they are non-refundable due to the product we purchase for the service as well as saving your appointment slot.

Refund Policy

Our stylists pour their heart and soul into every service they provide and cannot gain back the time, energy, and product used to perform your service; because of this we do not offer refunds. We do offer an adjustment the same week as your service if there is an issue; within reason. If you have adjusted your color within the the time period, then we will not be able to adjust your color for you, nor give you a refund.   We truly care so much that our clients love their hair. It is our only goal. 

Showing Up Late Policy

If you arrive 15-20 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $40 late fee. This is due to how booked our stylists are and we want to give everyone an appropriate amount of time for their service. If you show up more than 30 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, or a late fee;  since we are time sensitive and would not like to run into other clients appointments. There will be a fee of your stylists hourly rate.  

No Show Policy

If you do not show up to your booked appointment you will owe 75% of the service you requested and owe 100% ahead of time for your next service. This is due to how everyone is booked out and it is very difficult to replace the appointment last minute.

Kids Policy

We love kids and we love the joy and excitement they bring to our lives, but we ask you kindly to not bring them with you to your appointment unless they have a scheduled appointment. We value all of our guests and our staff, and want to make our space as safe and relaxing atmosphere. We have sharp tools and use chemicals therefore we want to make sure nothing happens to you as our guest or any of our staff. We are sorry for the inconvenience because we know how valuable our children are so we want to make everything as safe and relaxing as possible.
